*There is a pkp shop. go to the mage near the magic book altar, talk to him and teleport to edgeville. the shop is the guy that walk around in the bank'.

I was told there was a Crystal chest near Chaos Ele, though only mods could see it.
And anyway, you can get pkp points without actually killing people.
